About The Position

The Marketing Operations Consultant at Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement, LLC is responsible for supporting client engagements aimed at enhancing marketing operations and workflows. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, consulting, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and tools (e.g., Workfront, Bynder, Adobe, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing process mapping and optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of system integrations and APIs is a plus.
  • Certifications in relevant marketing technology platforms or project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) are a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Support client projects to assess and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and operations.
  • Assist in implementing marketing technology solutions (e.g., Workfront, Bynder, Adobe, Salesforce).
  • Develop and deliver recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and align operations with business goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing challenges and objectives.
  • Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with client teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work closely with project managers and senior consultants to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
  • Contribute to team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and solution development.
  • Analyze client data, processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and marketing technology advancements to support client projects.
