The Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS) is the statewide professional association for physicians and medical students, supporting 25,000 members. They are dedicated to educating and advocating for the physicians of Massachusetts and patients locally and nationally. Under the auspices of NEJM Group, the MMS extends its mission globally by advancing medical knowledge from research to patient care. They are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join their team as a Marketing Operations, Campaign Coordinator. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in marketing operations, campaign execution, and process optimization. This individual will play a key role in facilitating campaign-related workflows and meetings, ensuring that marketing teams are aligned, prepared, and moving efficiently from intake to execution. The role emphasizes coordination, communication, and continuous improvement over ownership of campaign strategy. A successful candidate will bring a proactive mindset, actively identifying opportunities to improve how campaigns are supported (for example, in how audience segmentation and targeting inputs are incorporated into campaign workflows).
