About The Position

Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, a full-service national Am Law 100 firm is seeking a full-time Marketing Operations & Business Intelligence Coordinator for our Seattle, WA office. The Marketing Operations & Business Intelligence Coordinator supports the Marketing & Business Development Department by assisting with data preparation, reporting, process execution, and budget coordination. This role partners closely with the Senior Marketing Operations & Business Intelligence Manager to ensure accurate data, smooth workflows, and timely delivery of insights that support data-driven decision-making across the firm. This role will work collaboratively with the Business Development team to support their efforts with practice group leaders and individual attorneys, providing research, reporting, and operational support that helps inform client development strategies, pitches, and ongoing marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and analytical skills who is interested in growing within marketing operations, analytics, and business intelligence in a professional services environment. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection, preparation, validation, and organization of marketing and business development data for reporting and analysis
  • Maintain and update dashboards, reports, and data tables in Airtable and other firm financial and data management systems
  • Monitor and report on business development and client development activity, including tracking matters, revenue, and engagement connected to marketing and BD initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining process documentation, templates, and best practices related to marketing operations, reporting, and analytics
  • Help identify data discrepancies or process gaps and escalate findings to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Assist with research related to prospective clients, industries, business development activities, markets, and competitors to support business development initiatives
  • Update and maintain business intelligence databases, including practice group trackers, attorney and office data, experience databases, and other internal resources
  • Support rankings, awards, and other practice-related submissions by assisting with data gathering, tracking, and documentation
  • Assist with tracking outcomes related to pitches, proposals, and client development activities, as directed
  • Assist with tracking marketing and client development budgets, including data entry, reconciliation support, and variance tracking
  • Help compile budget reports and supporting documentation for internal review by firm leadership
  • Support the collection and organization of client development budget information across practice groups, offices, activity type, and more
