The Marketing Operations Associate, Sr is responsible for supporting marketing operations by managing changes to the marketing technology platform, process optimization and workflow changes, data management and reporting changes, marketing strategy changes, compliance and regulatory changes within the marketing function, such as landing page updates, calculation changes, and home value minimum variance. This role involves creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), managing customer service scripting, serving as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce team, making daily data uploads, managing testing for campaign launches, coordinating web development ticketing, collecting marketing metrics, assisting with marketing materials, and maintaining knowledge of competitor strategies and industry trends.

  • Creates Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Manages and updates customer service scripting to align with marketing campaigns and product changes.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce team.
  • Makes daily data uploads for accurate integration of marketing data.
  • Manages testing for all campaign launches to ensure accuracy and functionality.

  • Collects and monitors marketing metrics to track performance.
  • Assists with the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Prior experience with creative production.
  • High comfort level with technology and tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Salesforce, WordPress, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, and Social Media Business Tools.
