The Marketing Operations & Production Manager is the operational backbone of our marketing team — ensuring that every podcast, video, and social media asset is delivered seamlessly and with excellence. This role is built for a systems-oriented professional who thrives on structure, accountability, and moving complex projects forward with clarity. Beyond managing workflows and production schedules, your work directly shapes how the Onsite story reaches the world. This position is located in Nashville, TN and Cumberland Furnace, TN with some ability for hybrid work environment. Candidates will be required to relocate to the Nashville market.

  • Drive production timelines across 10+ concurrent content projects
  • Build and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies, and accountability systems
  • Run weekly production meetings and daily stand-ups with the marketing team
  • Create and enforce SOPs for content production workflows
  • Track KPIs like on-time delivery, budget adherence, and production velocity
  • Coordinate logistics for podcast recordings, video shoots, and guest scheduling
  • Manage vendor and freelancer relationships (editors, videographers, designers)
  • Oversee asset management, file organization, and content delivery systems
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement tools or systems to improve efficiency
  • Develop templates and playbooks to make workflows repeatable and scalable
  • 5+ years in operations, project management, or production coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Expertise with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar)
  • A track record of implementing systems that scale
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, or creative teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
  • The ability to manage up, down, and across teams with equal effectiveness
