About The Position

The Operations & Events Associate at Privia Health will have the exciting opportunity to work directly with national leadership to own the execution of B2B marketing initiatives and events across the organization. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will assist in projects that will strengthen our brand and articulate our value to both internal and external audiences. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for end-to-end operational support for projects that drive growth and conduct events both in-office and offsite in our markets. The ideal candidate will have experience with event management, email deployment, or healthcare marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in event planning recommended
  • Project management experience; Excellent time management skills and experience working under strict deadlines
  • Strong writing and communication skills with physicians, staff, and all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized role ideal for someone who enjoys both social interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination
  • Ability track many moving parts without dropping details and remaining organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Social media and email marketing experience
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and Google Workspace
  • Ability to think both tactically and strategically
  • Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently and follow through effectively

Responsibilities

  • Gather and provide knowledge and support across B2B projects for operations, team trainings and project execution
  • Provides essential support across event logistics, marketing lead generation projects, communications, and B2B project management
  • Support the sending of corporate and practice email communications in Pardot (email marketing tool), while ensuring proper data tracking and managing Salesforce tasks as needed
  • Own all pre-and post-event logistics, managing everything from venue sourcing, food and beverage selections, and high-stakes vendor relationships to speaker logistics and integrated promotional communications to drive attendee engagement
  • Ensure the registration and attendance process is optimized for each event utilizing Blackthorn, our Event Registration system, and pre/post communications are queued up with accurate information
  • Manage external vendor and internal stakeholder requests while establishing collaborative relationships
  • Coordinate national conference logistics and application submissions for Privia representatives
  • Travel to and support large scale offsite event delivery and execution (as needed)
  • Manage initial outreach for contracts and oversee the execution of contracts and payments between our Legal team and venue and/or vendor, to ensure contract deadlines and requirements are met
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop event theme, branding, and communication needs
  • Own the post-event feedback process by creating surveys and analyzing needed improvements/successes for future events
  • Lead day-to-day operations of our marketing portal including large-scale market orders, care center orders, uploads, troubleshooting, procurement, etc.
  • Manage the promotional item ordering process as requested as well as internal employee culture items
  • Perform other duties as assigned
