Bankrate is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to help us build the systems, reporting, and data foundation that powers our performance marketing engine. This is a hands-on, high-impact role: ideal for someone who loves building from the ground up, solving ambiguous problems, and shaping how marketing decisions are made. You’ll partner across paid media, SEO, brand, and FP&A teams to ensure every marketing dollar is measurable and every decision is data-driven. This role is open to remote or hybrid candidates (East coast preference), with hybrid being central to our New York, NY or Charlotte area offices. Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
