About The Position

The Marketing Manager handles the hotels day-to-day advertising/marketing, media relations, product ordering, and design services to support the hotel's brand positioning and image.

Requirements

  • Must be fully on-site
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Experience with Hilton preferred
  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of marketing campaign strategy experience
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Sales, communications, and presentation skills
  • Marketing and digital marketing expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud programs
  • Manages time well, correctly prioritizes and is flexible
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
