Service Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth across our consumer, military and business market segments in the US and Germany, as well as corporate initiatives. This leader combines deep expertise in financial products and services with strong team and project management skills to guide their team in delivering high-impact campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that strengthen member relationships and expand engagement. The role requires strategic vision, business acumen, and a results-oriented approach to ensure marketing efforts consistently support the organization’s growth and mission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field of study required.
  • 5- 8 years in financial services marketing, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of retail banking and financial services products and services.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo) and CRM systems.
  • Experience with creative, production, advertising, brand strategy, digital/social media, direct marketing, and general advertising.
  • Strong understanding of marketing project types, processes, and product marketing team functions.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact successfully at all levels.
  • Positive, collaborative, flexible disposition; adept at working independently or as part of a team.
  • Member-oriented, proactive problem solver.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or equivalent business experience a plus.
  • Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing product marketing team in developing and executing omni-channel campaigns that drive member acquisition, growth, and retention across consumer, military, business, and real estate markets.
  • Translate credit union goals into strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives that align with department KPIs, Team Performance Goals, and organizational priorities.
  • Oversee the product offering roadmap, guiding the team on project recommendations, business cases, features, pricing, and financial forecasts.
  • Manage new product and service launches, ensuring seamless collaboration with marketing, compliance, training, operations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Marketing Analysts to track campaign performance, analyze trends, and recommend optimizations to maximize impact.
  • Ensure executive-level communications, reports, and presentations are clear, actionable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee project execution to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contractual agreements as required.
