Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of overall business strategy.
  • Proven ability to create and edit compelling marketing content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing teams and providing coaching and mentoring.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a long-term business unit marketing and action plan.
  • Articulate and communicate key value propositions and measure results.
  • Set annual and quarterly marketing goals and monitor performance.
  • Manage broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements.
  • Oversee development of all brand publications, including digital and social media.
  • Collaborate with product management on product content roadmap.
  • Develop marketing strategies for new product launches.
  • Track and report results across the entire buyer’s journey.
  • Manage budget for marketing programs and evaluate performance.
  • Support team development and performance feedback.
