  • Oversee branded apparel, giveaways, photography, video, and event-related creative needs.
  • Prepare weekly marketing updates highlighting progress, priorities, and results.
  • Maintain monthly KPI dashboards and analyze campaign, website, and email performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Contribute to annual marketing budget planning and resource forecasting.
  • Partner with Sales to develop tools, materials, and messaging that support sales efforts and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, HR, and leadership to support product launches, internal communications, and employer branding.

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience; manufacturing and/or industrial experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategy in a lean or standalone marketing environment.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CMS and marketing automation tools (or similar platforms).
  • Strong creative capabilities with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices; AEO experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders independently.
