About The Position

As we continue to build a team that drives us forward, Enterprise Mobility's Global Marketing Department has an opportunity for a Marketing Manager - Strategy to join our organization! In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategy, direction, and support for a broad range of marketing and full-funnel solutions to drive business outcomes. You will help lead development of data-informed marketing growth strategies, establish and grow our audiences, and collaborate across Marketing to devise Go-to-market plans that drive impact, while influencing messaging and media channel mix of our global, industry-leading brands. A successful Marketing Manager will balance the needs of the business, while proactively evaluating new opportunities and approaches to drive key marketing and brand metrics – including brand awareness and relevancy, consideration and engagement, and driving rental reservations . This role is part of the North American Marketing Strategy Team; and works directly with Global Digital and Brand Strategy teams, Marketing Leadership, and Operational Leadership . This position collaborates regularly with internal marketing disciplines, Corporate Communications, Revenue Management, and external agency partners. Based on business objectives, this position is responsible for creating, managing the implementation, and optimizing marketing strategies and budgets. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, Marketing preferred
  • Six (6+) years or more of relevant marketing experience
  • Three (3+) years or more of full funnel marketing planning and campaign management at Manager level
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics (or similar tools) for Marketing campaign reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to develop ROI based marketing approach

Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing Director and supporting team members to create and implement marketing plans in line with business goals and objectives.
  • Consult with internal and external partners, industry resources and data to developing insights to develop marketing programs and campaigns to achieve positive results.
  • Apply disciplined/ROI approach to measurement in partnership with marketing peers and available tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics).
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify data-driven tactics and solutions .
  • Provide relevant teams with thorough goals, support data, and KPIs; ensure that marketing strategies are clearly defined, approved, and understood by all parties.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think critically and implement a broad range of marketing and full-funnel solutions.
  • Keep apprised of all relevant industry and market developments.
  • Seek out new opportunities and play a supportive role in their development.
  • Continuously work to upgrade knowledge and skills through available resources, reports and industry news.
  • Coordinate project timing and budgets.
  • Provide monthly status on key initiatives; measures and reports progress.
