Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

  • 4-7 years experience in insurance or professional services preferred.
  • Experience executing marketing projects adhering to best practice marketing principles.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior marketing colleagues in developing and delivering marketing activities that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure all marketing activity is grounded in a strong understanding of business goals, products, industry, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Work with agencies, media, and external suppliers as required.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing plans are delivered on time and achieve desired results.
  • Proactively identify new marketing opportunities for lead generation and respond to business-as-usual requests.
  • Challenge the boundaries of marketing by deploying various media and channels for campaigns.
  • Contribute to brand development to ensure relevance in a competitive environment.
  • Ensure necessary stakeholder and compliance sign-off for marketing activities.
  • Be creative in marketing approaches and willing to test new activities.
  • Understand campaign KPIs and communicate results back to the business.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
