The Marketing Manager, Marshalls, is responsible for leading channel marketing strategies, with the intention of driving short- and long-term growth for the brand. The Marketing Manager has a strong understanding of the marketing landscape, brand priorities, developing and leading creative and operational processes and can translate insights and data to inform strategies and programs. Reporting to Manager of Marketing, Customer Experience for Marshalls, this specific role is responsible for managing programs and initiatives that enhance the customer experience in-store and online. This includes running seasonal signage programs and gift cards, partnering on store design initiatives, leading the marketing of new stores, oversite of email creative development and process. This role will partner closely with key collaborators in Store Operations, Store Design, Merchandising, .com, Media, and Loyalty to ensure strategies and initiatives effectively convey the brand identity and create shopping environments that are easy, fun and underscore the value proposition.
