This role is pivotal as our practice continues to grow and expand, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to help develop and execute an integrated marketing plan across various channels including campaigns, events, collateral, digital marketing, public relations, and communications. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing to enhance our brand presence in the marketplace and across the diverse healthcare sectors we serve. To excel in this position, the candidate must be able to operate effectively in a matrix, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. This role will be a key contributor in executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at building awareness, fostering key client relationships, and supporting pipeline growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end integrated marketing programs that encompass events, outreach, engagement, thought leadership, lead nurturing, and follow-up activities to grow client relationships and business development opportunities. Additionally, the role involves managing and curating content on the Healthcare Industry Group's website and maintaining a robust social media presence for the firm and key individuals. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with marketing and practice leaders to develop, enhance, and refresh marketing collateral, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and effective in communicating our value proposition. Furthermore, the role includes the management and execution of strategic client events throughout their lifecycle, which involves managing budgets, tracking and reporting metrics, and analyzing ROI. The Marketing Manager will also oversee conference management, including sponsorships, and will be responsible for driving results from participation and measuring the effectiveness of these initiatives. Reporting and analysis of events, conferences, and communications will be crucial to track ROI and inform future marketing strategies and goals.
