We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and results-oriented Manager to join the MarComm Business Analysis and Insights team. This role is for a thought leader who is passionate about unlocking data to challenge the business and drive transformational change. In this role, you will create and deliver robust reporting strategies, as well as establish and analyze key drivers and other performance indicators to provide actionable insights. You'll develop dashboards and reporting tools to drive transparency of business performance, marketing tactics and investments, and other operational areas to ensure the delivery of department goals and objectives. As a collaborative thought leader and a technical expert, you will be instrumental in conducting complex analyses, designing actionable metrics, and collaborating across functional areas to optimize business strategies for MarComm and the entire NewYork-Presbyterian enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Insights in a Marketing or customer-centric tech company, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related setting.
  • Advanced knowledge in the end-to-end data science pipeline from data ingestion and cleaning to modeling.
  • Experience in establishing best practices for developing and managing documentation for system use and analytics.
  • Proven track record of creating frameworks to show opportunities, risks, and success metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions.
  • Proficiency in writing complex queries including SQL for data extraction and DAX for data management in Power BI.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Familiarity with academic medicine setting and NYC healthcare landscape.
