About The Position

The Marketing Manager for Brand & Event Experiences at TikTok is responsible for designing and executing multi-channel marketing events aimed at driving new revenue and enhancing client relationships. Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B event marketing strategy and execution.
  • Track record of success in owning and delivering ambitious revenue targets through events.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and other stakeholders in defining and achieving success.
  • Understanding of the SMB competitive landscape in North America.
  • Highly creative mindset balanced with a firm focus on measurable results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative, impactful, joint marketing events to drive new revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify key industry events and opportunities for TikTok to participate and lead.
  • Conceptualize and plan innovative event formats to engage target audiences.
  • Oversee the development of engaging event themes, messaging, and branding.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure event performance and inform future strategies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of 4-5 industry events per quarter.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event goals and KPIs.
  • Source and manage vendors and partners to deliver high-quality events.
  • Oversee on-site event logistics, including venue selection and staffing.
  • Measure and analyze event performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage large-scale TikTok-owned events and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and vendors.
  • Negotiate partnerships and secure sponsorship deals to support event initiatives.
