We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager, Brand and Design to join the Marketing team. This full-time, manager-level role will oversee the creation and execution of approximately 20-40 digital and print design deliverables per month in support of the firm’s marketing efforts. The position manages at least one junior designer, reviews and approves 5-7 design tasks a week, and works collaboratively under the supervision of a design team leader. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Have at least 6-8 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
  • Have experience in social media design (strongly preferred).
  • Have experience working in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Be an expert in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including but not limited to Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Be proficient in Canva, Marketo, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Possess clear, confident verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery, while ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other designers to create visually compelling assets for digital and print mediums, including but not limited to logos, social media graphics, email templates via Marketo, promotional materials, and pitch decks.
  • Exhibit the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Work with marketing professionals to revise and modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough quality control and review of creative work to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and high standard of execution prior to client delivery.
  • Proactively identify brand inconsistencies or changes and recommend solutions that protect the visual brand.
