About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven marketing manager to plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our Blood Hound business. This individual will play a key role in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, creating compelling content, driving competitive intelligence efforts, and coordinating our presence at industry trade shows and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring their success.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for B2B audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to support business goals and sales objectives.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead nurturing strategies and pipeline goals.
  • Create and manage engaging content including case studies, white papers, email newsletters, presentations, videos and sales collateral.
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and design resources to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Manage and grow the Blood Hound social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop social content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build community and brand authority.
  • Monitor social media analytics to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Plan, organize, and execute the company's participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
  • Coordinate logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and staff schedules.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through events.
  • Monitor primary competitors and inform sales team of developments as necessary.
  • Gather competitive intelligence at trade shows and other external events.
  • Suggest positioning of Blood Hound's services in a way that stands out from competition.
