  • Serve as primary point of contact for marketing and advertising agencies, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance agency workflows and processes to drive operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive day-to-day paid media strategy and oversee agency execution across digital channels, including providing strategic direction, campaign optimization guidance, and performance reporting requirements.
  • Lead the agency in helping to develop quarterly marketing plans encompassing onsite, free offsite, paid offsite, and merchandising strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Content, Creative, Product, and Monetization teams to align agency-developed quarterly marketing calendars with business objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and create regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.
  • Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.).
  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
  • Experience with multi-phased A/B test planning and execution.
