Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid approved home health agency operating in nine Western Pennsylvania counties. For well over a decade, Concordia Visiting Nurses has provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and a variety of therapy services to our patients. Marketing Liaison: Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Marketing Liaison to support the growth of our home health services. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong referral relationships while representing Concordia in the community. Requirements

Prior healthcare marketing, sales, or liaison experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation required

Home health or hospice experience a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, and community partners
Promote Concordia Visiting Nurses’ services to increase referrals and census growth
Serve as a liaison between referral sources and internal clinical teams
Attend meetings, networking events, and community outreach activities
Track referral activity and provide regular updates to leadership
Ensure a positive, professional image of Concordia at all times
