About The Position

Marketing Liaison: Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Marketing Liaison to support the growth of our home health services. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong referral relationships while representing Concordia in the community. Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

• Prior healthcare marketing, sales, or liaison experience preferred
• Home health or hospice experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, and community partners
• Promote Concordia Visiting Nurses’ services to increase referrals and census growth
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources and internal clinical teams
• Attend meetings, networking events, and community outreach activities
• Track referral activity and provide regular updates to leadership
• Ensure a positive, professional image of Concordia at all times
