As part of Advent Health Respiratory and Equipment (AHRE), you will help strengthen vital relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral partners. Your work will directly support patients receiving essential respiratory, medical equipment, and pharmacy-related services at home. This role blends relationship‑building, service, and strategic growth, all within a compassionate, patient‑centered environment. As part of Evernorth Health Services, this role supports CarepathRx within our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization. Our team focuses on specialty pharmacy and infusion services in partnership with hospitals and health systems. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in medical, DME, healthcare sales, or physician‑relations outreach.
  • Proficient computer skills including Windows and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer‑service mindset with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Daily travel throughout assigned territory via car. Territory includes Florida Heartland.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources by providing timely communication, resources, and support.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand AHRE’s clinical partnerships and enhance referral retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans tailored to partner needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve the partner and patient experience.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and recommend strategies to remain a partner of choice.
  • Serve as the primary contact for referral‑source feedback, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved.
  • Support Client Relations Specialists by equipping them with insights and tools to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Maintain organized schedules of partner visits, follow‑ups, and relationship‑building activities.
  • Contribute to cross‑department collaboration to strengthen care coordination.
