Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Strategist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, market research, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with legal industry trends is a plus.
  • Experience dealing with clients/customers in a professional, courteous manner.
  • The ability to work to targets - setting goals and working to individual or team targets.

Nice To Haves

  • A background or interest in the legal market or research is beneficial, but not essential.
  • A background in legal marketing or professional services marketing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the relationship between Clients and Medical Providers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Define and articulate the unique value proposition of the law firm within the legal landscape.
  • Oversee the development of multimedia content, including website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze digital metrics to measure the effectiveness of company initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute company-related projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create effective marketing strategies to reach the target audience.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns through various channels, including online platforms, community events, and healthcare professionals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources.
  • Network within the community to build partnerships and increase referrals.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to inform the community about the benefits and services offered by the company.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops to healthcare professionals to promote the company's expertise and services.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, referral sources, and outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
