Over the years, our success and reputation have spread by word of mouth with very minimal formal marketing activities. With a strong foundation in choice analytics and a reputation for excellence, we are ready to expand our reach and accelerate our growth. We are seeking a marketing leader who can build upon our legacy, enhance our brand presence, and help us with our goals to grow.

Requirements

  • Marketing experience (3+ years preferred) with a strong background in campaign management, content marketing, and event planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong marketing copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content for websites, campaigns, emails, and other marketing materials that engage target audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, high energy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the software or market research industry.
  • Familiarity with choice analytics, conjoint analysis, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Vision:
  • Help develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Sawtooth Software's growth objectives and market positioning goals.
  • Help lead the annual marketing planning process, setting strategic priorities and objectives to drive brand growth and market share.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, providing regular updates on marketing strategies, performance, and opportunities.
  • Campaign Development and Implementation:
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are strategically aligned and deliver measurable results.
  • Lead efforts to produce engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels, maintaining brand consistency and integrity.
  • Brand Strategy and Positioning:
  • Help define and refine the company’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints and enhancing Sawtooth’s market presence.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new feature launches and key initiatives, working closely with the product team to highlight unique selling points and benefits.
  • Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing spend and performance.
  • Event Marketing and Thought Leadership:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences, to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Develop strategies to leverage events for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure Sawtooth remains ahead of the curve.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry influencers to enhance Sawtooth’s market presence.
