About The Position

Palmilla Beach in Port Aransas, TX is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Marketing Lead to join our onsite team. This role serves as the primary on-property marketing lead, working in close partnership with Palmilla Beach property leadership and the corporate marketing team at headquarters. The position is responsible for executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, support community engagement, and drive qualified leads for real estate and rental programs. This role focuses on tactical execution, cross-team coordination, and performance reporting across digital and on-site channels. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can manage multiple projects, maintain brand consistency, collaborate across teams, and translate marketing plans into effective local execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 3–6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, resort, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience executing social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience coordinating events and vendor partnerships
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with experience in marketing performance reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary onsite marketing lead, coordinating closely with property leadership and HQ marketing teams
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Ensure brand standards and messaging are consistently represented across all onsite and local marketing efforts
  • Manage social media publishing and execution based on approved content and campaign calendars while monitoring engagement and community interactions
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports
  • Implement tactical website updates including landing pages, promotional content, and event postings
  • Collaborate with HQ marketing on email campaign deployment
  • Support database growth through onsite and event-driven list-building efforts
  • Plan and coordinate onsite marketing events in partnership with the property team
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners supporting event execution
  • Capture event results and lead data for reporting and follow-up
