About The Position

The Marketing Lead, Surgical/Perioperative is the strategic and executional lead for Harrow’s surgical portfolio, including TRIESENCE®. This role owns end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, driving growth through integrated HCP and patient marketing programs across the perioperative setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years pharma/biotech marketing experience
  • Strong HCP marketing and brand leadership experience
  • Proven success leading integrated, omnichannel campaigns
  • Ophthalmology or surgical/perioperative or buy & bill experience required

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy, positioning, and annual planning for the surgical/perioperative portfolio
  • Identify growth opportunities across surgical settings and care pathways
  • Support product launches and lifecycle initiatives
  • Own omnichannel campaigns across personal and non-personal channels (sales, digital, media, CRM)
  • Develop HCP and patient marketing programs to drive awareness and utilization
  • Oversee messaging, content, and field-facing tools
  • Define KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Use insights to optimize performance and inform strategy
  • Partner with sales, medical, regulatory, and market access teams to ensure aligned, compliant execution
  • Lead promotional review and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Manage agencies and vendors to deliver programs on time and within budget
  • Oversee budgets and multiple concurrent initiatives
