About The Position

Guzi-West Inspection and Consulting, LLC is a dynamic and growing environmental consulting firm headquartered in Northern California. We specialize in hazardous materials assessments, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance services. PEL Labs, LLC is a fast growing analytical laboratory with locations in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Anderson, CA. The firms are considered 'sister' organizations are combining to hire a Marketing Manager who will own joint go-to-market initiatives and brand-building across both organizations. Role overview You will assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that increase awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the shared value proposition of Guzi-West and PEL Labs. This is a hands-on role combining strategy, content creation, campaign execution, and cross-team coordination. You’ll report to the Business Development Manager (shared) and work with sales, operations, and leadership.

Requirements

  • 1+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally with technical, environmental consulting, lab services, or life-sciences clients.
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation, content marketing, and campaign analytics.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear value propositions.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and able to wear multiple hats.
  • A reliable and professional appearing automobile will be necessary for the position.
  • All work-related mileage will be reimbursed at the current federal reimbursement rate.
  • Travel into the office located in Anderson, CA will be required approximately 1/week, and this travel into the office will not be reimbursed (for applicants not located in the immediate area).

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a unified messaging framework and brand guidelines that align both companies while preserving distinct service offerings.
  • Plan and run demand-generation campaigns (email, paid ads, content syndication, LinkedIn) to drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Produce high-quality content: case studies, white papers, blog posts, technical datasheets, webinars, and video briefs tailored to procurement audiences.
  • Manage website content, SEO optimization, and tracking of user behavior to improve conversion rates for both company sites.
  • Coordinate and support industry events, webinars, and customer-facing demos; develop event collateral and post-event follow-up programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance; prepare concise reports and insights; iterate strategy based on metrics (CAC, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline influence).
  • Manage external vendors and agencies (creative, PR, media buying) and a modest marketing budget.
