About The Position

Philips Ambulatory Monitoring Marketing Lead - Philips Extended Wear Holter - ePatch We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for our Philips Extender Holter - ePatch Solution, within a broader product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing positioning, messaging, campaign activation, and sales enablement, working closely with agency partners and cross-functional teams. As a key marketing leader, you will play a critical role in crafting and executing growth strategies for the NAR market, implementing sales enablement initiatives, and driving demand generation plans that enhance market visibility, increase customer engagement, and drive lead acquisition. Your responsibilities will also include identifying market needs and emerging trends to uncover growth opportunities, while developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in healthcare B2B marketing with proven experience and success in scaling demand generation programs through technology, database management and multi-omni-channel strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Direct experience designing and executing an end-to-end marketing strategy from value proposition to campaign execution.
  • Data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills, incredible attention to detail and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with online and offline channel mix, exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proficiently write targeted and compelling marketing content.
  • Start-up mentality with the ability to navigate a large organization.
  • Positive-minded, team-oriented, diligent, relentless, organized, timely and detail-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy to elevate the Philips Ambulatory Monitoring Portfolio and Philips Extended Holter - ePatch within the larger product portfolio.
  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, ensuring our product positioning and marketing initiatives remain differentiated and aligned with industry dynamics.
  • Drive demand generation through innovative and engaging marketing campaigns, enhancing lead flow and sales enablement.
  • Strengthen customer relationships, driving share of wallet and increasing brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and continuously refine strategies for growth.
