About The Position

As a Lead of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance media campaigns across various channels in support of both enterprise and vendor goals for smaller Best Buy categories such as Health or Digital First. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this ing and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on paid search or similar biddable media experience
  • 1+ years of experience with bid management tools such as Skai, SA360 or Marin

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google technology such as SA360 and Campaign Manager
  • Experience with media buying tools such as DV360, Skai, PacVue

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, optimize performance media for smaller Best Buy categories
  • Work cross-functionally to align performance media with enterprise and vendor goals for assigned categories
  • Work closely with strategic partners such as Google, Microsoft, and Howl
