The Supervisor will manage the day-to-day business on two of the global accounts and assist on new business, running day-to-day projects autonomously while knowing when to uplevel as needed. This position will report to the VP, Group Account Director. The Account Management team will be an extension of our client’s team, and relationship management and rising to the occasion are important. The Supervisor should be a proactive thought leader with great relationship and management skills, and in-depth knowledge of agency processes. This role requires working closely with clients and providing education and onboarding where needed, as well as collaboration with project management, media, finance, creative, experiential, and production teams.
