We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to own demand generation end-to-end and build RevinAI’s marketing engine from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for marketers with 3–5+ years of experience who thrive in ambiguity, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and want to leave a visible fingerprint on a fast-scaling company. You’ll work closely with leadership, partner tightly with sales, and shape how RevinAI is positioned in the market.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, product marketing, or brand marketing
  • Proven 0 → 1 marketing experience at a fast-growing startup
  • Experience across content, product marketing, brand, conferences, partnerships, and demand generation
  • Someone with top-tier education in a highly selective and academically rigorous environment and/or experience at top-performing SaaS or AI companies.
  • Strong execution skills across multiple channels—not just strategy
  • Comfortable thriving in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality
  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with sales and leadership

Responsibilities

  • Build and own a demand generation engine from the ground up
  • Drive inbound pipeline through content, paid channels, SEO/SEM, and partnerships
  • Develop and execute content strategy across website, blog, and sales enablement
  • Overhaul and optimize the RevinAI website for conversion and search
  • Plan and manage conference strategy, logistics, and on-the-ground execution
  • Own and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Partner closely with sales to align messaging, pipeline goals, and attribution
  • Establish foundational marketing processes, tooling, and reporting (HubSpot)
