In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating customer value and retention by implementing strategic initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle, ultimately enhancing the customer journey and user experience. As a Marketing Lead on the team, you will be at the forefront of developing impactful customer communications aimed at boosting engagement, driving sales, and fostering retention and increasing customer value across the entire customer lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include defining the communications strategy for certain products and developing different campaigns especially focused on email, SMS and InApp/Push notifications, developing creative testing strategies for continuous improvement of customer engagement and retention, and driving our messaging strategy for former customers.
