About The Position

At Absolute Recomp, marketing is at the heart of what we do and we’re looking for a talented individual who shares our vision to fuel the growth of our brand. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Intern to support our marketing team with project management across campaigns, content production, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complex projects, tracking progress, and ensuring that creative ideas are delivered on time and on brand. You’ll collaborate with the marketing, operations, retail, and experience teams to coordinate timelines, streamline communication, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with marketing project management or collaboration tools
• A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to shifting priorities
• Interest in marketing operations, campaign planning, or digital marketing

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day workflow of marketing projects and campaigns
• Coordinate deliverables between internal teams and external vendors
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches
• Ensure all marketing assets meet deadlines and brand quality standards
• Prepare status reports, meeting presentations and summaries, and project documentation
• Identify and set up an appropriate project management system if required to support project planning and tracking
• Help identify process improvements to make marketing operations more efficient
• Conduct light research on marketing trends, competitors, and performance metrics as needed
