About The Position

Coffman Engineers is a seeking highly organized and driven Marketing Intern to join our Raleigh office. The successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, drive, and organization. This person needs to have an eye for graphic design, a brain for strategic thinking, a passion for learning new concepts, and ability to conduct business analytics to support managers’ decision making.

Requirements

• We desire a student currently enrolled in a four-year degree program pursuing Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and MS Office 365 programs
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Communicate effectively, provide a high level of attention to detail, and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Highly organized; able to take direction and work independently on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and organizing of the Raleigh office employee appreciation events.
• Market Research and analysis: Assist in the research regarding industry trends and potential upcoming projects.
• Data Management: Assist with maintaining marketing information in various software platforms.
• Marketing Materials: Assist in the updating and creation of marketing material.
• Social Media: Create content for Coffman’s social media channels.
• Internal Communication: Assist with internal communications to staff.
• Public Relations: Assist in writing technical articles.
• Presentations: Assist in the development and brand quality of internal and external presentations.
