About The Position

The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing and communications efforts with a focus on digital content, social media, analytics, and community engagement. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and work well in a team environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and basic video editing tools

Responsibilities

Assist with creating, editing, and publishing digital content across social media, websites, email, and other online channels to support member engagement and brand visibility
Support social media management by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding using approved guidelines, and escalating issues when needed
Assist with tracking and analyzing digital performance metrics (social media, email, and website traffic) and preparing basic reports and insights for the marketing team
Support public relations and brand communications efforts, including content development, community storytelling, and promotion of events, initiatives, and partnerships
Assist with campaign coordination by organizing digital assets, tracking timelines, and supporting approval processes to ensure timely execution
Support internal and external events and community outreach initiatives through promotion, content creation, and day-of coordination as needed.
