About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our senior leadership team in advancing our overall marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience working closely with senior-level executives while contributing to high-impact marketing initiatives. The intern will assist with both strategic and tactical marketing activities, including refreshing key company materials, re-implementing the company website, and helping build assets that support our long-term vision.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (PowerPoint/Slides proficiency preferred)
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar) is a plus

Responsibilities

Refresh and update the company overview document
Refine and enhance company capabilities materials
Support the re-implementation and refresh of the company website (content updates, structure, messaging alignment, and coordination as needed)
Assist in executing components of the overall marketing strategy
Develop and update marketing collateral and presentation materials
Conduct light market and competitive research as needed
Collaborate with senior executives to ensure messaging aligns with company vision
Provide general marketing support across various initiatives
