About The Position
At Duncan Family Farms, we’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Marketing Intern who’s excited to jump into the world of social media, content creation, and brand storytelling. If you love coming up with content ideas, keeping up with TikTok trends, and bringing fresh energy to a team—this role is for you.
Requirements
- Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business, or something similar (or have relevant experience)
- Social media savvy—you know what’s trending and why
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Creative thinker with a good eye for design and storytelling
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Nice To Haves
- Familiar with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
- Are bilingual in Spanish & English
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Brainstorm fun, creative ideas for campaigns and trending content
- Keep an eye on trends, engagement, and what competitors are doing
- Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Help plan and manage our content calendar
- Track performance and learn how to measure what works
- Support other marketing projects like emails, website updates, and campaigns
