Office Work Model: Hybrid — In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Monday and Friday The Marketing Intern will support NRF’s shows & programs marketing team with multi-channel marketing campaigns for a variety of events by assisting with promotions, content development, analytics and campaign coordination across email, digital, and web channels.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree with at least sophomore standing
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in marketing, digital campaigns, or event promotion
  • Experience with or exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Demonstrated initiative or experience contributing to group projects, clubs, or campus activities

Responsibilities

  • Assist the shows & programs team in planning and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, quality checks and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Help gather, organize and interpret analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance
  • Draft and coordinate content for emails, web pages and other marketing assets to ensure consistent messaging across channels
  • Collaborate closely with campaign management, analytics and creative teams to support ongoing marketing workflows
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance marketing strategies and audience engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned
