About The Position
Hometown Financial Group is interested in opening its doors to promising, future leaders through a paid, summer internship program. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our mortgage division and its sales team. We will be accepting a limited number of applicants to assist with short-term projects and miscellaneous duties throughout various departments within our organization. This will begin on June 1, 2026 lasting until at least July 31, 2026, with an ideal completion date of August 22, 2026
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to represent the organization professionally in person and online; comfortable networking with real estate agents and potential clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and design tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
- A high level of accuracy when handling sensitive financial information and marketing disclosures.
- Ability to work independently on projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Graphic design skills (required); proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Strong writing skills (desired)
- Ability to multi-task (desired)
Responsibilities
