About The Position

At Applied Digital (APLD), we are the epicenter of AI innovation, crafting cutting-edge data center solutions tailored for the demands of high-performance computing. Designed from the ground up to support AI and machine learning workloads, our infrastructure is the backbone of tomorrow’s technological advancements, including AI-driven video and generative platforms. The APLD Intern is a part time, temporary position designed to provide students with hands on experience during the summer (May to August 2026) to support Applied Digital’s business operations. Interns are matched to teams based on their interests, background, and organizational needs and contribute to meaningful, project based work across departments such as IT, Accounting/Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, and Development. This role offers exposure to APLD’s cross functional, collaborative environment, with opportunities to build foundational business and technical skills, receive mentorship, and gain insight into how digital tools, processes, and teams work together to support APLD’s mission. The internship is primarily based in Dallas, Texas, with remote participation available depending on team and project needs.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field (junior or senior preferred)
  • Experience with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and X
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity
  • Experience creating content using Canva (required)
  • Understanding of marketing campaigns and content strategy
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with influencer marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required
  • Interest in technology, AI, or digital infrastructure is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Social Media Manager and Public Relations Manager in executing social media content and campaigns
  • Assist in planning, drafting, and scheduling content across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms
  • Write and edit copy for social media, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
  • Create content using tools like Canva, including graphics, documents, and presentations
  • Support campaign coordination and execution across multiple initiatives
  • Assist with research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights
  • Help track performance and support reporting on campaign results
