About The Position

The Scion Group is looking for a creative and analytically minded individual to add value to the Marketing team, with a focus on traditional marketing, grassroots initiatives, and lead generation support. This position will assist in executing regional marketing efforts that enhance brand presence, support leasing performance, and align with Scion’s broader business objectives. Scion’s internship program provides a unique opportunity for ambitious college students to learn, contribute, and gain real-world work experience in a collaborative environment. Interns have the chance to learn more about Scion’s culture and business while developing practical skills necessary for post-graduation. The 10-week program includes 1-on-1 guidance and timely feedback, development opportunities for both soft and technical skills, spotlights on various functions outside of your team, mentorship relationships with company leaders, and networking opportunities with colleagues. The program equips interns with an understanding of working in a professional environment dedicated to providing colleagues and communities with optimal support, expertise, and experience. At the end of your internship, you will have obtained the following experience: Hands-on exposure to traditional and digital marketing strategies and tactics. Support social media efforts through research, content creation for site teams, and development of social resources. Insight into how marketing strategies support leasing performance and lead generation. Experience collaborating with sales, on-site teams, and marketing team. Exposure to marketing planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Practical experience using marketing tools and dashboards to track campaigns and results. Development of professional communication, organization, and project coordination skills. Mentorship, feedback, and networking opportunities within a corporate marketing function. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing strategy, or lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or marketing tools (e.g., ClickUp, dashboards, CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to occasionally support on-site or in-person marketing events, as needed.
  • Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be willing to work full-time for the full 10-week term of the program, beginning June 8, 2026.
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required. We do not offer sponsorship for this position.
  • All positions require pre-employment background check verification and a pre-employment drug screen.
