About The Position

Job Description: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Summer Marketing Intern to support our Event Marketing and Social Media teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning and executing corporate events while also contributing to social media strategy, content creation, and campaign performance tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in brand marketing, experiential marketing, digital engagement, and content strategy to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.
  • We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social scheduling tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of internal and external marketing events (webinars, conferences, client events, sponsorship activations, etc.)
  • Assist with vendor coordination, logistics , timelines, and on-site execution
  • Help manage event communications, invitations, and registration tracking
  • Develop event briefs and post- event recap reports with key performance insights
  • Assist in organizing branded materials and promotional assets
  • Attend and support events on-site as , including Women’s Advisor Forum, Discovery Meetings, and Platinum.
  • Conduct research on Event ROI and Advisor Behavior Analytics
  • Work on Industry events and Sponsored Events
  • Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc. ) for events and other campaigns
  • Draft captions, coordinate visual assets, and ensure brand consistency in conjunction with Design and Content team
  • Conduct social media research and trend analysis
  • Track and report on engagement metrics and campaign performance
  • Help create short-form video or behind-the-scenes event content – on - site and pre production
  • Support of Podcast and Development of Content
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns and audience growth strategies
