About The Position

Under the general direction of the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Intern is responsible for general Marketing function within the department for AJA’s divisions.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with internal and external customers by providing information via email, phone, or in person.
• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D (Required).
• Currently pursuing B.A. or B.S. in Marketing/Communications or related field.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Creative Suite, And Basic HTML (Preferred).
• High school interns will be considered based on relevant skills and interests.

Responsibilities

• Follows branding guidelines in terms of sales materials, presentations, web site content, and trade show materials.
• Drafts content for marketing items including sales literature, presentations, emails, brochures, and web site.
• Works with a team to develop materials for company events.
• Assists with content on the company web site for accuracy.
• Works on any additional projects as assigned by the Manager.
