About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and communications while working closely with our experienced marketing team. This internship will provide insight and give you the chance to apply your skills in a real-world non-profit setting. It will also provide you with a view into the needs and solutions that exist to serve children and families experiencing homelessness.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Assist in creating content for various marketing channels, such as social media, email, and website.
• Support the marketing team as they develop, design, and execute campaigns.
• Support the Digital Transformation team with analytics and content development.
• Monitor and analyze online marketing metrics, such as website traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed well and with strong messaging and consistent branding.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with online community.
• Take on organizational and clerical tasks that support marketing operations.
