In the role of Marketing Intern you'll play a pivotal part on our Performance & Support team. Internships are 12-weeks in duration and 29 hours/week. The Marketing Intern will assist the marketing and creative services team with tasks including design, production, multimedia, post-production, live broadcasting, data entry, cataloging, research tasks and, ranging but not limited to: studying competitor activities via internet research, organizing and entering metadata for images and graphics, and managing the storage and organization of various data assets including images, graphics, and research information. Summary of Duties: Support the Marketing/Creative Services Department by performing any of the following duties:

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Marketing or related field as a junior or senior level student
• MS Office Suite
• Effective oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
• Problem solving and organization skills
• Strong desire to learn more about the industry
• Displays original thinking and creativity; Meets challenges with resourcefulness; Generates suggestions for improving work

Nice To Haves

• Adobe Suite (preferred but not required)
• Any experience with video production, tools, and design project a plus

Responsibilities

• Research information on the internet
• Operate Adobe suite to perform basic graphic design tasks
• Operate database software to organize digital assets
• Operate MS Office suite to prepare reports in Excel and PowerPoint
• Perform activities that are repetitive and should be performed autonomously once instructed
• Perform all other duties as assigned
