Create scroll stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more
Visit DiBella’s restaurants to film food, guests, team members, and behind the scenes content
Shoot and edit short form videos that fit today’s social trends
Plan and schedule all organic social content
Respond to followers and engage with guests online in the DiBella’s voice
Brainstorm fresh ideas to make our content better, stronger, and more creative
Help build a smarter strategy behind what we post and why

Requirements

• Strong video shooting and editing skills
• A deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, trends, and internet culture
• Big creative energy and lots of ideas
• Confidence talking to people and filming in public
• Great instincts for what content performs online
• Ability to take initiative and own projects
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• You run your own successful social account
• You have photography or design experience
• You already have a portfolio of content work
