Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly learn new marketing, CRM, and business software tools.
- Current junior or senior student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate in a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Comfortable learning new software tools and technology platforms.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to assist with internal and external events, including occasional after-hours or off-site activities.
- Must be dependable and available for the duration of the internship program.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Express, Premiere) and/or Canva.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools.
- Basic experience with video creation or editing.
- Interest with technology, IT services, or SaaS marketing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support planning and execution of company events, webinars, and community outreach initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of written, visual, and video content for marketing initiatives.
- Help manage and maintain CRM systems such as HubSpot and MailChimp for communications, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Track marketing campaign performance and report insights to the team.
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, presentations, and collateral.
- Help update marketing/internal templates, presentations, and branded assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and leadership.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
