About The Position

Requirements

  • Working toward a degree in Marketing, Marketing Research or Business with Marketing focus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with conducting competitive analyses
  • Comfortable working independently when needed
  • Basic understanding of key marketing principles – completion of a minimum of two marketing related classes

Responsibilities

  • Social Listening & Insights Monitor social media platforms, forums, and online communities to identify trends, sentiment, and emerging conversations relevant to our brand and industry.
  • Analyze data from social listening tools to uncover actionable insights that inform marketing strategies, content development, and customer engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting key findings, audience behaviors, and opportunities for brand engagement.
  • Brand Consistency Ensure all marketing materials adhere to established brand guidelines, tone, and messaging standards.
  • Make recommendations to enhance brand consistency across in-store materials, trade shows, consumer touchpoints and sales support materials.
  • Identify gaps to drive promotional ideas and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between marketing and sales teams to ensure social listening insights are shared and applied effectively.
  • Translate audience feedback and sentiment into actionable recommendations.
