About The Position

SNAPSHOT: The Marketing Intern will assist and support the Marketing Managers with daily tasks of planning, developing and executing marketing initiatives, company branding, content creation and social media engagement.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma.
Communication and Presentation: strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, teamwork, and analytical thinking skills.
Organized Project Management: skilled with meticulous attention to detail to produce valuable work and complete projects accurately and timely.
Results driven to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative: curious, resourceful and skilled to create visually appealing images and marketing materials.
Self-motivated and hardworking: Strong work ethics to have sound methods for follow-up.
Ability to work independently of direct supervision and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
Coursework, knowledge and experienced in marketing-related business practices, advertising methods: including digital, print and social media strategy, market research or data analytics is highly desirable.
Experienced and proficient with Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, Hootsuite
Experience and knowledge of popular social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Capable of learning and excelling in specialized marketing-related software programs.
Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

Assist with monthly printing projects utilizing in-house printer, cutter, laminator, spiral binder
Trimming print media
Packing and sending completed projects
Assist with graphic design
Assist with company social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube
Scheduling of social media posts
Monitoring social media performance and reporting insights to optimize engagement
Staying up to date with trends - collaborating with marketing team to brainstorm creative marketing initiatives
Assists with post copywriting and content inspiration
Assists with filming marketing and training videos
Upload and organize content
Assist with filming and photographing company events
Find and upload product images
Put together merchandise bags
Manage and assemble customer sample packs
Assist with creation and scheduling weekly emails and text messages
Assist with the setup, facilitation and completion of company marketing events
Complete other duties as assigned
